Easier than ever: our old unit return policy and warranty activation

In most cases we need the old unit steering component from the vehicle. This ensures the supply of remanufactured units can continue.

Getting the old unit back to us couldn’t be easier. Using the box and packing material the component was supplied in, package the old unit up. When ready give us a call or email telling us your old unit is ready, we’ll need your invoice number.

We can send you a prepaid parcel label. This just needs to be attached to the box and it can be dropped in at any post office.

If you are a business we can arrange a collection. This would be Monday to Friday, someone must be at the property between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.

When we receive the item we will activate your warranty and send you a confirmation.

If the old unit had a surcharge paid on it, this will be refunded, please allow 7 working days for this to reach your account.
