Shipping
Items are shipped on either a free 24-hour or 48-hour delivery service. This is dependent on the size of the item. Please check the listing for details.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. This is not guaranteed as the carrier can encounter unforeseen problems which may affect the delivery.
Areas of the UK that may experience longer delivery times are Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands post codes HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZW. Please call us if you have any questions.
We do not ship internationally or to the Channel Islands.
Returns
Products can be returned up to 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund provided they are in there original packaging and unopened.
All returned items are subject to an inspection. Please quote the original invoice number with your returned item.
Products that have been specially produced or programmed for a buyer will be subject to a handling charge.
Products returned in poor or damaged condition will be subject to a refurbishment charge.
The cost of return transport is the responsibility of the buyer.
