What You’ll Receive
You’ll receive a remanufactured rack that’s been stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt to match original equipment (OE) standards. Every part goes through a rigorous testing process, including diagnostics, electronics refurbishment, motor performance checks, and mechanical load testing, to ensure it performs like new.
Our remanufacturing process includes replacing worn internal components, resealing with fresh O-rings and bearings, and checking that the electronics and motor meet strict performance benchmarks. This is the same high-quality work we deliver to garages, dealerships, and trade customers nationwide.

Core Return & Warranty Activation
To activate your warranty, we’ll need your old steering rack back within 21 days of delivery. Returning it is easy — we’ll provide a prepaid return label, so all you need to do is pack it, attach the label, and drop it off at your local Post Office.
The 12-month warranty covers the part itself, and begins as soon as we receive your old unit. Please note this doesn’t cover labour, diagnostics, or any third party charges in the event of a warranty claim.
