This fully remanufactured electric power steering pump is designed specifically for the Vauxhall Astra H manufactured between 03.2004 to 10.2010. There are two options, please see the information below.

To ensure we supply the correct item please let us know if the vehicle has the TRW manufactured pump (black filler cap) or the ZF manufactured pump (white filler cap) fitted. If you look at the photograph we have supplied this will help.
This item has been pre-programmed and is ready to install. No additional programming is required.
A 18-month complimentary warranty is also included, this is activated upon return of your old unit.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. This is not guaranteed as unforeseen problems can occur.

What You’ll Receive
You’ll receive a remanufactured pump that’s been stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt with new bearings, O-rings and seals to match original equipment (OE) standards. All internal components are examined and any found to be outside our stringent tolerances are discarded and replaced with OE specification parts.

Core Return & Warranty Activation
To activate your warranty, we’ll need your old steering pump back within 21 days of delivery. Returning it is easy — we’ll provide a prepaid return label, so all you need to do is securely pack it, attach the label, and drop it off at your local Post Office. If you are a business we can arrange a collection.
The 18-month warranty starts from the date of purchase.
